UTC String Project

Details:
The String Project at UTC provides an opportunity for school-aged children to learn a stringed instrument at a reasonable cost. Students receive private and group instruction on their chosen instrument from qualified music interns under the supervision of an experienced string music educator. Students in grades 3-12 may apply for admission to the program. If an orchestra exists at the student’s school, they must be enrolled in that group to participate in the String Project. UTC has a limited number of instruments available for rental. First Year Students: Course #: 5161 When: Mondays & Thursdays, January 14 - April 18, 2013 Time: 6:00-7:00 p.m. $50 per semester UTC: Cadek 310 Second Year and Above Students: Course #: 5162 When: Mondays & Thursdays, January 14 - April 18, 2013 Time: 6:00-7:00 p.m. $65 per semester UTC: Cadek 310 |
