ARC Triathlon Training Group 2013

ARC Summer Triathlon Training

It's BACK!! Beginning June 2015  this 8-week training will start preparing you mentally and physically for a sprint Triathlon.  Our team trains twice a week and also offers informational meetings on how to train for a triathlon. At the end of the Summer our goal is to individually compete in the Sports Barn Sprint Triathlon. This is a great way to stay motivated, meet like-minded people, and TRI something new! 

Registration opens Monday, April 20th - You can register online through the Rec Registry or come by the ARC Main Office between the hours of 8am and 5pm M - F.

 

Cost:  $30 per person or $45 per person (including bike usage) -    This one time fee includes the entire 8-weeks of training and refreshments following each training session. Bikes available for rental for an additional cost.

Best for first timers visiting the ARC!

Need help learning your way around the ARC and deciding what programs are best for YOU to reach your fitness goals?  Take advantage of this 30 minute, one on one fitness orientation with an ARC Fitness Coach and learn about all our group fitness classes, the new personal training program and all the ARC has to offer you!

"Couch to 5k"

This program is to help beginning runners get in shape to run a 5k race in only 8 weeks!

Start Date:  Offered each Fall in the ARC - Come by the ARC fitness desk beginning in August 2015 for more information and to get signed up for this exciting program.
