SMALL GROUP TRAINING - SPRING 2016

 

Sign up now in the ARC Main Office!!!

 
Starts Monday, February 1st. and ends Wednesday, April 20th
Sessions are every Monday and Wednesday @ 4:30pm in the PT Studio
The price for the first 5 sessions is $60: Initial Fitness Assessment and workout log included
After you finish the initial 5 sessions it is $30 to re-sign.
 
Small Group Training is an affordable way to experience personal training while keeping the group dynamic that come with fitness classes. Small Group Training is a great introduction to personal training. Our nationally certified trainers will work with program participants to create a dynamic strength and conditioning program that will cater to the participants needs.

Need help learning your way around the ARC and deciding what programs are best for YOU to reach your fitness goals?  Take advantage of this 30 minute, one on one fitness orientation with an ARC Fitness Coach and learn about all our group fitness classes, the new personal training program and all the ARC has to offer you!
