Available to all ARC members and current UTC students
A safe and effective workout in the water that reduces impact to joints while developing
cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility and endurance. This class is challenging
but promises fun with the high energy music.
Aqua Zumba (Will return in the future!)
This class is a new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Integrating the
Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba
blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that's cardio-conditioning,
body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.
