Aqua Fit classes for Spring 2014: Wednesday, January 8th - Friday, April 25th

Weekly Schedule:

 Aqua Zumba Mondays and Wednesdays @ 5:30pm

 Aqua Fit Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 5:30pm

There will be NO Aqua Fit classes on the following days:

 MLK Day - January 20th
Spring Break - March 10th - 14th

 Available to all ARC members and current UTC students

 Aqua Fit

 A safe and effective workout in the water that reduces impact to joints while developing cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility and endurance. This class is challenging but promises fun with the high energy music.

Aqua Zumba

This class is a new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that's cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.
