PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY TO REGISTER A SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENT!!!

Note: Please click the back arrow at top of page of your browser when finished reading/printing
1) Click the blue ‘Register NOW!’ button on the Cadek Conservatory Homepage
2) Enter your email address and click CONTINUE – note: at the end, you WILL finish your registration WITHOUT payment, then you will contact UTC Continuing Education at conteduc@utc.edu or 423.425.4344
3) If you have registered previously, enter your password and press ENTER
  1. Next, click button for ‘Someone Else’ and your registration form will be displayed with blanks
  2. Enter all required information - you must select the 18-week spring term in order to receive your scholarship discount
  3. Complete form and follow prompts until you reach the ‘Cart Summary’ screen – where you see total dollar amount owed
  4. Go to step 5
^ 4) If you have not registered previously,
  1. Follow the prompts and enter information as requested
  2. You will be allowed to enter the scholarship recipient name and other related information
  3. Enter all required information - you must select the 18-week spring term in order to receive your scholarship discount
  4. At some point you will be asked to enter your password; please note your password – you will need to remember it for future use
  5. Complete form and follow prompts until you reach the ‘Cart Summary’ screen – where you see total dollar amount owed
  6. Go to step 5
5) DO NOT REGISTER ANYONE ELSE before finishing this process – If you need to register another student, please finish registering the scholarship recipient ONLY and go back to the Cadek Conservatory Homepage to click the blue ‘Register NOW!’ button
^ 6) To receive your discount/scholarship AND  finish your registration – see the ‘Cart Summary’ screen; do not attempt to enter information into the ‘Discount code’ box – it does not accept information for registration
7) Click the ‘I agree’ check-box below ‘Terms & Conditions’ section – immediately above the ‘Payment Information’ section
8) Select ‘Discount’ as the payment method
9) Click ‘Finish Your Registration’ button at bottom of screen
^ 10) A confirmation email receipt will be sent to you, but it will state that your registration is not final/complete until payment is made
11) Please CALL UTC Continuing Education AFTER REGISTRATION at conteduc@utc.edu or 423.425.4344 during business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; leave a message with your phone number if no answer or ‘after hours’, you will need to explain that you have created a registration that needs a scholarship discount applied
12) Please provide the following to the Continuing Education associate
  1. Scholarship recipient’s first and last name
  2. Instructor name
  3. Instrument
  4. Lesson length selected
^ 13) The UTC Continuing Education Department will update your registration with the discount
14) If you left a message, they will call you to verify your information and provide you an adjusted registration balance
15) After you have received your adjusted registration balance:
  1. You may make your payment by giving them credit card information over the phone.
  2. Or you may choose to mail a check payable to UTC: UTC Continuing Education Dept. 5255, 615 McCallie Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37403
  3. Or pay by cash at the Continuing Education Office, 101 Pfeiffer Hall on the UTC Campus on corner of Oak Street and University Drive
^ 16) Please be aware – scholarship recipients’ registrations must be paid in full by January 5, 2017 or the scholarship award will be rescinded and lessons cancelled. Note the scholarship recipient payment DEADLINE DATE IS EARLIER than non-scholarship recipient payment deadline date.
