Admission Policy
The Cadek Conservatory maintains an open admission policy for all students no matter what age or musical experience.  All students must register for all offered programs in each term.   Registration periods for each term are posted on Cadek’s schedule and academic calendar.  A “privately enrolled student” is entitled to one lesson per week, for nine or eighteen weeks and allowed to request participation in theory classes without additional charge. “Group students,” those who participate only in group activities, are charged according to the regular fee schedule for the course in which they enroll.

Parking    [top]    Cadek home
Cadek Reserved Parking is included in course fees.  Tihs allows registered students/parents a valid parking permit, to legally park in the Cadek Conservatory reserved spaces. It also allows use of the permit for an entire academic year in the Cadek Conservatory reserved spaces only.  Permits are valid from August 1 of the current year to August 1 of the next year.  Spaces are limited and are utilized on a first-come first-serve basis.  For this reason, parking in a Cadek Reserved Space is limited to a maximum of two hours on weekdays.   Once you are registered, to reserve your parking decal and arrange for pickup, please contact the Cadek Conservatory Office at Cadek@utc.edu or 423.425.4624.  To avoid ticketing, all vehicles must display a current Cadek parking permit at all times. The Conservatory is not allowed to handle parking issues.  All parking issues are handled by the UTC Parking Services Dept., 423.425.4051, located in the Bursar's office in the University Center, on UTC campus.
