Research Interests: I am interested in the management of natural resources including a wide range of elements from protecting endangered species to implementing environmental plans and projects. I am primarily focused on developing documents to advise personnel on compliance regarding the National Environmental Policy Act. Some of these documents include Categorical Exclusion documents, Environmental Impact Statements, Environmental Assessments, and Monitoring and Evaluation reports. In May of 2016 I was selected as a Pathways intern for the USDA Forest Service. Since then I have been able to work towards my goal of understanding natural resource management by working directly for the Threatened and Endangered Species program manager and the Cherokee National Forest Environmental Coordinator.
