The Records Office Mission Statement
The Records Office is the official recorder and custodian of student records, and facilitates the implementation of the institution’s academic policies and procedures as well as State and Federal regulations.
The Records Office is dedicated to providing the best possible services to the University’s academic community. The office provides students with the information and resources needed to select and register for appropriate courses. The office assists faculty with the maintenance of the University’s curriculum, course offerings, and student advising and registration. The office provides staff from other university divisions with the information and resources needed to complete various functions.
The staff strives to treat each student with respect and courtesy, preserve the confidential nature of student records, and faithfully abide by and enforce University policy.
