Trading Places

Each spring, a special opportunity for one UTC student takes place to trade places with UTC Chancellor Dr. Roger Brown. For one full day, the student assumes the role of Chanellor and conducts University business, incluidn gmeeting with the Chancellor's executive cabinet, community round tables and various special events. At the same time, Chancellor Brown gets re-acquainted with a student's point of view as he attends classes all day. From time to time, he even takes exams. Tickets are sold for this opportunity and the proceeds benefit a local charity.
