Distribution and Interpretation of the "Rapsheet" (Report of Academic Progress)
Students may receive a copy of their current "Rapsheet" upon their request simply by visiting the Retention and Advisement Center and showing some form of pictured identification (UTC ID Card, valid driver's license) or via their ONENET account. Rapsheets can be produced using the student's current or future major. The staff of the Retention and Advisement Center will be happy to assist both faculty and students with the interpretation of the Rapsheet. To officially change majors, students must complete a "Change of Major" form in the UTC Records Office located at 109 Race Hall.
