Description of the Process:
- Explore the different careers in nutritional science through various websites.
- Invite an athlete to speak to the class concerning the value of diet in relationship to athletic achievement.
- Write a classified advertisement for the University of Tennessee Personnel Department seeking a University Nutritionist for the athletic department.
- List : hours, expected salary, educational level, and responsibilities
- Plan a one week menu for a University of Tennessee Linebacker. Calculate fat grams/calories for each day.
