APPLICATIONS for the UTC BSW Child Welfare Stipend/Non-Stipend Program are due to the Child Welfare Initiative Office in Hunter Hall Room 106

on or before Thursday, April 7th by 4:00 p.m

Your Application Packet should include:

1. Application
2. Application Essay – click here to download essay guidelines
3. Three (3) reference recommendations – click here for form
4. DCS Application for Service as a Volunteer
5. DCS Authorization for Release of Information – only boxes 5 & 7 need to be checked
   

Each of the above documents must be signed in blue ink. Please bring a valid Tennessee driver’s license with you to copy and turn in with your packet.
