Choosing a Class

Because each curriculum is developmentally specific, your child should be at least the minimum age for the class in which you are enrolling. If you have concerns about your child's success in a class, we will gladly discuss your child's needs and work with you to place your child in the class best suited for him or her.

Enrollment Confirmation

A registration form and payment must be received before enrollment can be confirmed. If we cannot accommodate your request, we will place you on a waiting list or offer a full refund. You will receive a phone call, email or mailed notice to confirm your registration.

Non-Enrolled Siblings

Non-enrolled siblings are welcome only if they are young enough to stay contented in a carrier or stroller or old enough to understand how to behave appropriately. Emergency exceptions are considered, so please call if we can help.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

Cadek Conservatory will close during inclement weather if a public notice is given that Hamilton County schools are closed or anticipate closing prior to the normal closing hour. Cadek does not follow UTC closing announcements, only Hamiton County schools.
