2008 AERA Annual Meeting

March 24-28, 2008 — New York, NY

We have just had some great news about our SIG-WWW program for AERA 2008!  Renowned educational technology author and researcher Dr. Robert Kozma has agreed to be our featured speaker at the SIG business meeting. His topic will be "Issues of Access and Uses of Technologies in Developing Countries."

Dr. Kozma is Emeritus Director and Principal Scientist for SRI's Center for Technology in Learning and well-known researcher on the impact of technology on education and virtual schooling in the U. S. and abroad. His writings on this topics have been among the most influential in the field.

Since many SIG-WWW members are also members of the Computer and Internet Applications SIG, the two SIGs will be joining business meetings so that all our members can attend. Spread the word about this exciting presentation!

We'll let you know more details later.
