Education and the World Wide Web

Special Interest Group

The purpose of the Education and the WWW Special Interest Group is to promote the discussion, dissemination, and critical examination of a broad range of topics that relate to the use of the World Wide Web in instruction. For the past two years, the editors of Elsevier’s Internet and Higher Education have published a special issue of their journal dedicated to the work of our SIG’s members.  Based on the excellent reception these two issues received, the editors are asking us to contribute to a third special issue. Interested SIG members should contact special issue editor Steve Terrell at terrell@nova.edu. Submissions should be sent to journal editor Laurie Dringus at laurie@scis.nova.edu or special edition editor Steve Terrell (terrell@nova.edu). (The cover letter or email message should indicate the submission is intended for the special issue.) Information on author guidelines for The Internet and Higher Education can be found at http://www.elsevier.com/locate/iheduc. The deadline for submissions is July 31, 2007. .
