OPTIONAL SPECIAL ACCIDENTAL DEATH & DISMEMBERMENT INSURANCE
Optional Special Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance provides death benefits in the event of an accidental death or compensation if the loss of one or more limbs is the result of an accident. The amount of coverage is in addition to existing coverage in the basic plan and is based on the employee's annual base earnings. The employee may elect either single or family coverage.
