UTC is pleased to present the Provost's Scholars Program for qualified applicants. First-time freshmen who meet the following criteria and complete the admissions application file by February 1 of their senior year will be considered for the award listed below:
3.5 GPA and 26 ACT composite (1170 SAT) will receive $8,000 which includes Tennessee HOPE lottery funds. Out of state students will receive an award of $4,500.
* Funding for the Provost's Scholars Program may come from many sources including the University of Tennessee National Alumni Association, the University of Chattanooga Foundation, and other institutional sources.
