Prerequisites: a. Engr 103 and 183, 104, or Phys 103, 104,

or Phys 230 and phys 280,

                   b. Math 151 and 152, 161 and 162.

Class meets TT 12:15 – 1:30  in Grote226.

The above schedule is subject to changes.  The students who miss classes are responsible for the materials covered, and for getting information concerning the execution of the class and the possible changes of schedule and policies.

 

Attendance:          The students are expected to attend the class regularly.  Habitual absence (25% or more) may be the grounds for an F grade.

 


Missing test:  The student who can not take a test at the scheduled time should notify the instructor at least 24 hours in advance. In case of energency, a copy of the police report or registration record from a hospital energency room is required for a make-up test.  There will be no more than one make-up test.

Grading Policy:

          First three tests:     20% each

          Final Exam:           30%

          Homework:           10%
