RESEARCH INTERESTS
Environmental and land use law, specializing in law and policy relating to conservation and use of watersheds and other natural systems. Interests include ecosystem management, sustainable development, habitat mitigation, riparian buffers, endangered species and biodiversity conservation, pesticides, environmental justice, and citizen participation in decision making.
