Research Interest

In the past ten years I have been carrying out research in quantum optics, atomic molecular physics, such as fundamental interactions of laser light and matter, quantum interference, electromagnetically induced transparency, storage of light and cavity QED. In recent years, my research has turned towards the burgeoning fields of quantum computing and quantum information. In particular, my research is in the area of using quantum measurement and feedback control to achieve qubit stabilization, decoherence control and entanglement optimization.
