2. US medical insurance is rarely valid outside of USA. Medical
insurance with overseas coverage is

Trip Rules:
1-No couples, or girl-friend, or boy-friend groups.
2- All participants may register for UTC course.
3.- Participants should have passed a test on tectonic provinces of
Costa Rica, and their potential application
to the Carolina Terrane based on materials that will be distributed
to them in addition to a two hour
meeting that will be held before the trip.
4. Items observed during the day must be entered into the participants'
journals each night. Items observed
should include, tectonic settings, rocks examined or type of
forest seen, and
environmental observations-contaminated water, gabion structures,
etc. Sketches of observed exposure.
5. Thef. Participants should have Xerox copies of passport, driver's
license, air ticket, and credit cards,
and one copy should be left at home for faxing if it necessary.
6. Medical. Dengo fever, carried by mosquitoes since 1993 ; Check

insurance may not apply. Have Hepatitis A injection- Hamilton
County health department or UTC
