My research interests lie in the area of reaction dynamics, the study of chemical reactions at the atomic level. Simulations of collisions between atoms and molecules are performed on a computer, and the collisions are examined in terms of geometry, energy, and bonding. Currently, I am working to develop realistic, three-dimensional animations of reactions on surfaces.
