If you know of a crime that has occurred on campus, please fill out the form below.

This form IS NOT intended for in-progress crimes. If you are currently witnessing a crime call 911 from an off-campus phone or pay phone, or (423)425-4357 to reach the UTC police dispatcher (extension 4357 from a campus phone.)

Your report will be sent to us via email where it will be forwarded to the appropriate division of the Police Department for follow-up.
