- Place the ROBOT and ASRS to a safe/shutdown position. To place the ROBOT and ASRS in a safe position, we need to set them by using the Teach Pendants. There are two Teach Pendants: one is for the ASRS (small) and the other one is for the ROBOT (big)
- Use Teach Pendant A to set the ASRS: Press RUN » 8 » ENTER
- Use Teach Pendant B to set the ROBOT: Set the switch from AUTO to TEACH mode, then Press RUN » 8 » ENTER » ...wait until the ROBOT stop » turn back the switch to AUTO mode.
- Close all programs in WS1, WS2, and MANAGER. Then turn OFF WS1, WS2, and MANAGER in sequence (the MANAGER must be turn-ON first and turned-OFF last)
- Power OFF the Laser Engraver (the power button is on the right side of the equipment)
- Close the air switch
- Switch OFF all surge protectors under the ROBOT and computer tables
