- Go to ASRS, check all parts and make sure they are in the right order and position. Click here to see the picture of the right order/position
- Make sure that the operation table (ROBOT table) and Buffers (1 and 2) are empty. And also make sure that there is no product left in the Laser Engraver (Note: if there is a product left in the laser engraver, the equipment must be opened/closed by using software at WS1)
- At the OpenCIM Manager (MANAGER), go to utility program menu» choose MRP » choose the product (e.g. Pen Holder) » set the quantity (e.g. quantity=1) » click MRP to save it and OK » go to manufacturing order » click MO to create the MO file and OK » close the MRP » make sure that the OpenCIM Manager (MANAGER) is in the Real Mode
- Click the green button » click Run arrow » SEE THE DEMO (Caution!!! when the system is running, somebody must watch and always ready to push the emergency button on the Teach Pendant, just in case if the system is running unexpected/erratically)
