

After you have an idea for a project, follow these steps...
For 6-8 graders, Junior Division students: |
Begin work on your project.
Read the rules for exhibitors.
Read the rules for teams.
Each team member must fill out the Entry Form and submit it no later than February 10, 2012. The team need only to pay one $10 entry fee (payable to Chattanooga Regional Science Fair) .
Re-read the rules for displays to make sure that your display will be acceptable at check in on Tuesday, March 13, 2012.
Judging day will occur on Wednesday, March 13 and the awards ceremony will be on Thursday, March 15 at 6:00 pm.

For 9-12 graders, Senior Division students: |
Read the rules for exhibitors for our local fair.
Visit the ISEF web page and read the rules to enter an International Science & Engineering Fair.
Read the rules for teams.
Every team, no matter the content, will need to submit the following forms to the Science Fair office prior to beginning work:
a Student Checklist (1A) Team - including the Research Plan Attachment (one per team)
a separate Approval Form (1B) (one per team member)
a Checklist for Adult Sponsors (one per team)
If your project will be using non-human vertebrae animals, pathogenic or potentially pathogenic agents, human subjects, controlled substances, Recombinant DNA, or human or animal tissue, you will require special forms. The ISEF Wizard will help you determine which forms you will need to fill out.
Once your forms have been submitted and approved, you may begin work on your project.
