All Entry forms must be accompanied by an $10.00 entrance fee (payable to Chattanooga Regional Science Fair). Teams must pay only $10.00 total, not per person. |

Entrance
fee can only be paid by check or money order if sending entrance form
by mail. If hand delivering
form, entrance fee can be paid by cash, check, or money order. Checks must be MADE PAYABLE TO CHATTANOOGA REGIONAL SCIENCE FAIR. |
