The Lookout Express is a service provided for UTC students by the Housing department. The Lookout Express has been created to provide a safer environment for students on campus. When a UTC student does not feel safe walking around on campus at night, a Lookout Express staff member will pick up and / or walk the UTC student and drop him/her off at his/her desired campus location. This service is not a “free” ride; it is a “safe” ride on campus.
