Welcome to UTC Online

UTC Online is home to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga’s distance learning opportunities. UTC Online houses both synchronous and asynchronous programming utilizing a variety of technologies including Blackboard Learn, Adobe Connect, video conferencing, and Media Site.

Blackboard is UTC's learning management system and component of UTC Online. The system is used for the delivery of online and hybrid courses and programs, as well as for the enhancement of face-to-face courses and campus organizations.

UTC is currently running Blackboard Learn Enterprise 9.1 SP6.
