  • Obasi Haki Akan (Management, Business Administration) Topic: Interaction of verbal behavior and collaborative learning, role of conversation in learning and effective work group practices.
  • Joyce Smith (English, Arts & Sciences) Topic: Plagiarism, how to detect, design assignments, deal with it, etc. Will include definitions, parameters of plagiarism, monitoring the writing process to decrease chances
  • Gavin Townsend (Art, Arts & Sciences) Topic: Incorporating digital imagery, technology and changing pedagogy (collaboration, group projects) into Art courses; design of digital "learning objects"
