UTC NEWS RELEASE Tiffany Kibbler elected President of Tennessee Association of Student Nurses Tiffany Kibler, a nursing student at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, was recently elected President of the Tennessee Association of Student Nurses at the group's annual convention in Nashville. Kibler, a resident of Cleveland, Tenn., is president of the UTC Student Nursing Association.
