Current
Students: Priority Registration Coming Soon!
Priority registration for fall, 2004 semester
is available April 5-16.
You must meet with an academic adviser before you can register.
Registration is assigned by days rather than by specific appointment times. You
will be able to register anytime after 8:30 a.m. on the initial day assigned
to your class.
You must contact your academic adviser for an advisement appointment time. Your
registration time is NOT your advisement appointment.
Academic Advising for Fall Registration
Please note that your academic adviser
is listed on the top right portion of your rapsheet. Contact your advisor to
set up an advising appointment. You must be academically advised before you can
register for fall. The appointment time for advisement is determined by you and
your adviser and is not your registration time. Your registration time is available
on your OneNet account under school information.
The Fall 2004 Schedule of Classes is available on WebAsis as well as the UTC
home page (click on the backpack icon.) Fall registration begins April 5 for
all students. Since we've moved to an electronic schedule of classes that is
available much sooner than the old paper version, advisement dates, times, and
process is left to each individual department.
The specific day that registration begins for each class is as follows:
Seniors (90+ earned hours) April 5
Juniors (60-89 earned hours) April 7
Sophomores (24-59 earned hours) April 12
Freshmen (0-23 earned hours) April 14
How do I get ready to register?
- View and print your RAP sheet to determine possible courses
for next semester.
- Make an appointment with your faculty adviser.
- Access
the Course Timetable via the web and have a plan before you meet with
your adviser.
What if I have holds?
- You must clear your holds before you will be able to register.
- If
you have an Advisement hold, you must complete the drop/add form and
have it signed in the Advisement Office, 258 Hooper Hall.
How do I register?
- On-line with your advisement code
- In person (Records & Registration
Office, Adult Services, Graduate School) with a signed drop/add form
How do I change course sections?
You may change
sections on line and do not need an advisement code.
When are fees due?
You must confirm or pay fees by August 12, 2004.
What if I don't pay fees by August 12th?
Your classes will be cancelled and you will have to re-register. There
is no guarantee that your original courses will be available. If you have questions, please contact the Records
and Registration Office at (423) 425-4416. |
