Dr. Greg O'Dea, Director of UHON

O’Dea Named UHON Director

Dr. Greg O'Dea , UC Foundation Associate Professor, English, has been named director of the University Honors Program (UHON). O’Dea has served several years as Assistant Director of UHON, and most recently as Interim Director. He has been a member of the UTC English Department since 1990. His primary fields are the English-language novel, poetics, and 18th- and 19th-century British literature.

O’Dea earned his undergraduate degree from Dickinson College, and the M.A. and Ph.D. from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, all in English.
