Get the full college experience and live on the UTC campus! Spaces are available in the new UTC Place apartments, and there are many other choices in established housing on campus.

Applying for Housing at UTC is easy, fast, and convenient. UTC has enhanced online housing by allowing students to apply for housing, roommates, reserve a specific room, review their housing status, pay fees and request a room change, all from the comfort and privacy of their own home.

A few quick facts for campus housing hunters:

• All bedrooms are equipped with cable television. Students must bring their own television and cables.
• Pets are not allowed in campus housing
• All apartments and residence halls are equipped with laundry facilities.
• Basic furniture like a bed, desk, chair and dresser are provided by the University.

Apartments include a sofa, chairs, end table, kitchen table, stove and refrigerator. Students are responsible for extra long linens for a twin bed, waste baskets, etc.
