Engineering, Computer Science and Math Faculty Stay Busy

UTC College of Engineering and Computer Science recently participated in the second Mayor's Town Forum: Working with Oak Ridge National Laboratory-Energy to Build Your Business at The Chattanoogan. The program gave an overview of ORNL technologies, tech transfer opportunities and the type of contracts ORNL awards each year for goods and services.

A break in precipitation and a bit of a warming trend brought faculty members from Math, Computer Science and Engineering to the construction site of the new Engineering, Computer Science and Mathematics Building. They laid bricks on the wall surrounding the West Building, which will house the UTC Math Department at Vine and Palmetto Streets.
