Students, Remember: Fee Deadline Approaching!
Be sure you are prepared to start Spring Semester 2004 on Monday,
January 5,
by confirming or paying fees by December 15. If you
do not confirm or pay fees by December 15, your classes will be cancelled
and you will
have to register again. There is no guarantee your original courses will
be available.
If you have not registered for spring semester, consider the answers
to these questions:
How do I get ready to register?
- View and print your RAP sheet to determine possible courses for
next semester.
- Make an appointment with your faculty adviser prior
to your
registration appointment time.
- Access the Course Timetable via
the web and have a plan before you meet with your adviser.
What if I have holds?
- You must clear your holds before you will be able to register.
- If
you have an Advisement hold, you must complete the drop/add form and
have it signed in the Advisement Office, 258 Hooper Hall.
How do I register?
- On-line with your advisement code
- In person (Records & Registration
Office, Adult Services, Graduate School) with a signed
drop/add form
How do I change course sections?
- You may change sections on line and do not need an advisement
code.
When are fees due?
- You must confirm or pay fees by December 15, 2003.
What if I don't pay fees by December 15th?
- Your classes will be cancelled and you will have to re-register.
There is no guarantee that your original courses
will be available.
If you have questions, please contact the Records
and Registration Office at (423) 425-4416.
Fall grades will be available online this semester. Grades should be
available by December 15. View grades by logging onto your OneNet email
account and clicking the Student Information link, then clicking onto
the My Grades link.
Please note: Students who are not online will not be able to view their
grades through OneNet, meaning students who started at UTC around 1979
and/or prior to all coursework and catalog information being available
through an automated computing process. Grades for students not online
will be mailed to the home address on file in the Records and Registration
Office. |
