Spring Semester Is Almost Over; That Means It’s Time to Think
Fall
Mid-term exams and Spring Break are history and the spring 2003
semester is almost over. As you’re planning the rest of your
spring semester, check out the final
exam schedule. The Student Computer Labs will be open 24 hours
a day during final exams.
But before you get all oiled up for a summer of fun, remember, you
can register now for summer classes. First summer sessions begin
May 6.
And while you’re winding up the semester, Priority Registration
for fall 2003 is April 7-22. Students must meet with their academic
advisers to receive an advisement code prior to registration. Undergraduate
students may register beginning at the time listed in a priority
registration letter mailed to them. Students who register during
Priority Registration will receive a Mocs Express statement by mail
this summer.
Open Registration for students who do not priority register or for
new students begins April 22.
This spring marks a change to the traditional registration process.
The printed Timetable publication has been replaced with
a condensed Mocs Express FAQs, which contains all necessary
information for registration with one big exception—the class
schedule. Students and faculty advisers should use the on-line version
of the class schedule. This version stays more accurate and up-to-date
than the printed version. The site also enables helpful sorting
of classes, including searches for specific general education requirements,
class periods, departments, and even specific professors.
