UTC Bookstore celebrates grand
opening
A grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting was held at the UTC Bookstore,
which moved recently to its permanent location in the University Center.
The UTC Bookstore is a division of Barnes and Noble College Bookstores,
Inc., which is the largest college bookstore contract management company
in the industry. Barnes and Noble College Bookstores, Inc. operates approximately
500 campus bookstores.
"At UTC, we sell college textbooks, trade books for general reading, UTC
giftware and clothing, housing items and supplies college students need,” according
to Kellie Wright, UTC Bookstore manager.
Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.,
and Saturday 9 a.m.- noon.
