UTC Public Lecture Features Photographs from the Scopes Trial
On Thursday November 2, the Chattanooga Phi Beta Kappa Association will sponsor a public lecture by Edward Caudill at 4 p.m. in Fine Arts 356.
Caudill will present a slide presentation of previously unpublished photographs of the Scopes Trial. These photographs are taken from the book "The Scopes Trial - A Photographic History", by Caudill and Edward Larson, recently published by the University of Tennessee Press. Caudill is associate dean for graduate studies and research in the College of Communications at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
