Dr. John Petersen, President of the University of Tennessee, will be the guest speaker of the Downtown Council of the Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Petersen will address the group Thursday, November 1, at 7:30 a.m. in the Terrace Room of the Sheraton Read House.

Dr. Petersen’s topic will be “How the University is an engine for economic development.”

Cost is $12 for non-Chamber members and $10 for Chamber members.
