Arts and Entertainment Council’s Culture Fest was celebrated last weekend, beginning with a performance by Andes Marta on the UTC campus. The group, from Ecuador, performed traditional folk music at the UTC University Center Auditorium. Four brothers, Fernando, Luis, Bolivar and Jorge brought this unique art form to Chattanooga and played 35 traditional instruments.
