Patten Performance, 7:30 p.m., UTC Fine Arts Center. The Punch Brothers featuring one of the most inventive musicians of his generation, 26-year-old phenom Chris Thile. For more than 15 years, he played in the wildly popular band Nickel Creek. Punch Brothers first album, How to Grow a Woman from the Ground, was released to critical acclaim and received a Grammy nomination for the song “The Eleventh Reel.”

Senior Ring Ceremony, 2 p.m., Patten House. Hosted by UTC Office of Alumni Affairs, the Future Alumni Members and the UTC bookstore. Each participant is presented his or her ring by a UTC faculty member, parent or friend who has made a significant impact on the student's experience at UTC. With a reception prior to the start of the ceremony, there is time for friends and family to get together and reminisce about their time on campus.
