Immunizations
University Health Services will house all immunization records and physical exam forms required for attendance in university programs. However, students are encouraged to keep a copy of all the required forms for University programs such as physicals, TB skin test and immunizations. The center will provide standard immunizations which are required for attendance at the University. These will be billed to the student. In the event the student can not pay for the immunization, he/she will be referred to the Chattanooga Hamilton County Health Department to be immunized. If there is a question of immunity, University Health Services may draw a titer at the student’s request. The cost of this test will be the student’s responsibility.
