Facilities
Reserve Space
The UTC campus and community may request University Center meeting space and other buildings on campus by filling out a Facilities Request Form (PDF). Print the completed form and fax it to the appropriate office. Campus organizations need to request space no later than one week in advance and may submit forms to the University Center office for processing. Off-campus organizations need to reserve space four weeks in advance for consideration. One may call the University Center at (423) 425-4455 with any questions.

Chattanooga and Tennessee Rooms are blank floor plans that require previously approved setups. Please contact the office at (423) 425-4455 for more information.
Representatives from off-campus groups requesting space for workshops or seminars should contact Continuing Education for information at 425-4344. Off-campus groups requesting space for banquets should contact the University Center at 425-4455.

Requesting a room or equipment does not guarantee availability or approval. All requests are subject to approval by the Facilities Use Committee. A confirmation issued by the appropriate University office serves as the formal agreement. Do not advertise your event until you have the printed confirmation.
