At UTC Place Apartments we are set up and prepared to provide the best housing a student can expect for a college experience. A joint partnership of the University and Place Collegiate Properties, this complex is a unique place to live.
This partnership brought about an opportunity where Place Properties manages the facility leasing and maintenance, while the Residence Life Staff assists with the educational aspect of the complex.
