South Campus is our newest apartment community located on the southern edge of campus with five apartment buildings (Guerry, Decosimo, Stophel, Walker and UC Foundation).  The apartments range from one to four bedroom units, where no more than two residents share a bathroom. (the 1300 floor will have 4 people sharing a bathroom).

Each apartment features a full size kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave and full size refrigerator.  As in all of our apartments, there are cable drops in the living room and bedrooms along with high speed internet for each resident (some wireless hot spots). One of the most popular amenities in this community is the washer and dryer inside each apartment (excluding Decosimo Apartments where community laundry exists).

• Location:  Covers 3 Blocks between McCallie Ave/MLK and Douglas/Baldwin
• Laundry Facilities:  Washers and Dryers inside Apartments except for Decosimo which has common area laundry at no extra charge.
• Kitchen:  Equipped with cooking range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.
• Bedrooms:  Four Bedroom/Two Bath, Three Bedroom/Two Bath, Two Bedroom/One Bath and Studio.
• Cable/Internet:  High Speed Internet and cable available.
