Mocs Scholarship
UTC is pleased to present the Mocs Scholarship for qualified applicants. First-time Freshmen who meet the following criteria, complete the Admissions application checklist by February 1st and complete the the UTC Online Scholarship Application by March 1st of their senior year will be considered for the award listed below:
3.4 GPA and 24 ACT composite (1110 SAT) will receive $6,000 which includes Tennessee HOPE lottery funds.
The Mocs Scholars award is renewable for up to three additional years based on the student’s academic performance.
* Funding for the Mocs Scholarship may come from many sources including the University of Tennessee National Alumni Association, the University of Chattanooga Foundation, and other institutional sources.
**We ask that you APPLY EARLY. Scholarship funds are limited and the awarding process is competitive. Meeting the eligibility requirements does NOT guarantee a student will receive a scholarship. The best way to improve your candidacy is to submit all required materials as soon as possible.
