FEMA: Independent Study The Emergency Management Institute has developed several NIMS (National Incident Management System) courses that are free and available to you online. After completion of the course, you will receive an automated email with a link to your course completion certificate. Once you receive your certificate, please forward the link to emergency-management@utc.edu so that we may record your training.
