Committee Role/Duties: Facilitate input for UTC’s Quality Enhancement Plan; write, review QEP and submit to Steering Committee. Build a consensus from the campus community for the area of focus for the QEP. Build broad-based institutional participation in the identification of the topic or issue to be addressed by the QEP. Review best practices related to the topic or issue to be addressed. Develop a clear timeline and implementation plan. Design an evaluation plan for goals outlined in the QEP. Keep the Steering Committee informed.
