4.7 Title IV program responsibilities
The institution is in compliance with its program responsibilities under Title IV of the 1998 Higher Education Amendments.

The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) has met the minimum requirements of institutional eligibility, administrative capability, and financial responsibility as set forth in 34 CFR parts 600 and 668 to participate in the Title IV, HEA programs. UTC has no issues of non-compliance with its program responsibilities under Title IV.
The Program Participation Agreement was signed by Chancellor Roger Brown for UTC on September 3, 2009. The Program Participation Agreement was signed on behalf of the Secretary of Education on September 9, 2009.
Financial aid audits are provided under CS 3.10.3.
