Narrative:
The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) publishes its policies regarding appointment and employment of faculty and staff online. Chapter 3.1 of the Faculty Handbook includes descriptions of the various faculty ranks and procedures for faculty searches and appointments. The employment webpage for the Office of Human Resources provides information regarding position vacancies, the application process, and staff benefits. The procedures for staff recruitment and employment are under review in collaboration with the Office of Equity and Diversity. In addition, University of Tennessee human resources policies are also available via the UTC HR webpage.
